I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service that I received from your company. On 3 April, I purchased Tv from your store/website, and I have had a series of negative experiences ever since.
Firstly, the product that I received did not meet my expectations. The quality was poor, and it did not perform as advertised. When I attempted to return the product, I was met with resistance and was not offered a refund or exchange.
Secondly, the customer service that I received was extremely unprofessional. When I contacted your customer service department to address my concerns, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. The representatives were not knowledgeable about the product/service, and they did not provide me with any useful information or solutions.
Finally, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with your company. I expected more from a company of your reputation, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously or addressed appropriately.
I would like to request that you take immediate action to address my concerns and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I believe that a full refund or exchange is warranted in this situation.
