Secondly, the customer service that I received was extremely unprofessional. Finally, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with your company. I expected more from a company of your reputation, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously or addressed appropriately.

I would like to request that you take immediate action to address my concerns and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I believe that a full refund or exchange is warranted in this situation.
